WARDOGS System Requirements (PC Specs)

WARDOGS is a 100-player shooter with real-time destruction, so the requirements are meaningfully driven by CPU as well as GPU. These are BULKHEAD’s published figures for the Early Access build.

Minimum requirements

Targeting 1080p on Low at around 60fps.

Reading these numbers

• The CPU gap is the real gap. An i5-8600 to an i7-12700K is a large generational jump. In a 100-player match with destruction, the CPU is frequently what limits your frame rate, not the graphics card.
• 16GB is a floor, not a comfort zone. With Windows, a browser and voice chat running alongside a 100-player shooter, 16GB is workable but tight. 32GB is the obvious upgrade if you are choosing where to spend.
• Storage is modest. 30-40GB is small for a modern shooter, which is consistent with a three-map Early Access launch. Expect it to grow as maps are added.
• An SSD is not listed but is strongly advisable. Large maps and fast respawn cycles are exactly the workload that punishes mechanical drives.

Anti-cheat

WARDOGS uses Easy Anti-Cheat, which installs a kernel-level driver. If you avoid kernel-level anti-cheat on principle or on a work machine, this is a blocking consideration rather than a preference.

Platform and language support

Early Access is Windows PC only, distributed through Steam. Steam lists English plus 13 further languages, including French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Chinese and Ukrainian.
